Twisted ribbons with olives
1 package of puff pastry (pure butter)
Pitted black olives
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon of milk
Unroll the puff pastry on the work surface. Cut rectangular pieces of 4 cm by 8 cm. Place an olive (split and previously stuffed with feta cheese) in the middle of each rectangle. Give a grind of black pepper over each. Pinch both ends of the dough with your fingertips, then twist them to form a ribbon.
Arrange the twisted ribbons on a large baking dish, covered with parchment paper. Brush each with egg yolk, diluted with milk.
Bake the party bites in a preheated oven at 180°C until golden brown. Serve slightly cooled.
