Cream and dill spread
200 g sour cream, 30% fat
1 teaspoon mild mustard, finely ground
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 garlic clove
4-5 sprigs of fresh dill
Spoon the cream in a small bowl and stir until smooth. Rinse and chop the dill. Press and chop the garlic.
Add all the ingredients from the list to the cream. Stir until evenly mixed.
Serve with a green salad or with a slice of your favorite bread. I just love this spread with russian style flourless black bread with whole seeds. However, I didn’t have such for the photo.
