Vegan strawberry ice cream
300 g fresh strawberries
250 g coconut cream
4 tablespoons of sugar or 2 tablespoons of stevia powder
6 drops of coconut flavor
Put the strawberries, sugar and coconut cream in the blender. A few drops of coconut flavor can add more charm to the ice cream. Mix everything until smooth.
Pour the mixture into an air-tight container and put in the freezer. Stir every 20 or 30 minutes for the next 3 hours until the ice cream is firm, but still creamy and fluffy. There should be no crystals.
Before serving, move the ice cream container to the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Garnish with strawberries, dark chocolate or nuts.
