Grilled pepper salad
Bulgarian recipe
Ingredients:
Red and green peppers
Olive or sunflower oil
1-2 garlic cloves
Chopped fresh dill
Chopped fresh parsley
Salt
Apple or wine vinegar
Preparation:
Rinse the peppers and grill them on the barbecue or in the oven (grill function). Remove the skin and possibly the tails and seeds.
Place the peppers in a bowl or deep plate. Season with oil, salt, vinegar and crushed garlic. Then sprinkle the dill and parsley on top.
Let marinate for a while in the refrigerator before serving (at least 20 minutes).
