Puff pastry buns with broccoli and fresh goat cheese
Ingrédients for 4 buns:
12 small broccoli florets
4 slices of fresh goat cheese
4 cubes of blue cheese
Salt and pepper
230-250 g of pure butter puff pastry
Preparation:
Blanch the broccoli florets for 1 minute in boiling salted water. Then plunge into ice water.
Roll out the puff pastry on the work surface and divide into four. Put a slice of goat cheese in the middle of each piece. Set over three broccoli florets and a few cubes of blue cheese. Season with black pepper and fold the edges of the dough over the filling, making a sort of bun. Do the same with the other 3 stuffed pastry sheets. You may decorate with small dough cuttings.
Bake the puff pastry buns at 180°C until they take a nice golden color. If necessary, cover with aluminum foil halfway through cooking. Let rest for 10-15 minutes and serve warm.
