2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
10 g baking powder
40 g melted butter
1 medium zucchini
100 g feta cheese
100 g grated cheese
Salt and pepper
1-2 pinches of mild chili pepper
From the first group of products, knead a smooth, soft dough, starting with the dry ingredients. Then moisten with some water, the eggs and butter. Let the dough rest for a while. Then roll it out into a circle of 26-28 cm in diameter and transfer it into a baking dish (buttered) of this size.
Rinse the zucchini and cut into thin slices. Cover dough with grated cheese, then place over the zucchini. Season with salt and sprinkle with black pepper and mild ground chili pepper. Finally, scatter over a handful of feta cheese crumbs.
Bake the pizza at 180°C for 30-40 minutes or until the zucchini are golden and the dough crispy. Serve hot.
