Oven baked stuffed mushrooms
Ingredients for each mushroom:
1 large mushroom
Salt and pepper
1 teaspoon of green mayonnaise or pesto
20 g Brie, Camembert or Reblochon
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 200°C and line a baking dish of appropriate size with parchment paper.
Rinse thoroughly the mushrooms, removing their foot. Place them in the dish (you can put their stems between). Salt and pepper each mushroom. Then stuff it with a spoonful of green mayonnaise and cover with a slice of cheese.
Bake the mushrooms for 25-30 minutes or until they are well cooked through and the cheese is golden. Serve warm, although they are delicious at room temperature.
