Sweet and savory mini tarts
Ingredients:
1 package of puff pastry (pure butter)
1 apple
1 handful of walnuts
Raisins
Smoked ham
Grated cheese
Preparation:
Butter small silicone or aluminum tart molds (not necessarily fluted). Spread the puff pastry on the work surface as it is on its parchment paper. Then stamp out circles using a cup or round cookie cutter that is 2-3 cm larger than the diameter of your molds.
Line the molds with the dough circles. It is not necessary to tuck it well to the sides of the molds. Leave the dough naturally wavy. Pierce the bottom with a fork to prevent it from swelling.
In each tart, tip a slice of ham at the bottom, then a small pinch of cheese. Then garnish with diced apple, 2-3 raisins and 2-3 pieces of walnuts. Finish with a new pinch of grated cheese.
Bake the sweet and savory mini tarts at 180°C until the dough is well cooked through and the cheese is golden. Serve as an appetizer or as a light snack in the afternoon.
