Fluffy chocolates
Ingredients for about 18 bonbons of 15-17 g each:
90 g of raw nuts (I had almonds, hazelnuts, cashews and pecans)
90 g of dried fruit (I had mulberry, Goji berries, cranberries, bananas)
100 g of dark chocolate

Preparation:
Chop the fruits and nuts into small pieces of equal size. Mix everything in a bowl.
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, and when it is completely smooth, add the fruit and nuts. Stir well. Using 2 teaspoons, shape difform fluffy chocolates on a sheet of parchment paper. Mine were relatively large, weighing between 15 and 17 grams each. Garnish with a chunk of fruit or nut.

Then leave the chocolates at room temperature until completely cooled, when the chocolate will be hard again. Serve immediately. You can also pack them nicely and offer as a delicious and healthy gift to someone you love.
