Tomato and brie bruschetta
Hard cheese such as Emmental, Cantal
Brie or Camembert
There isn’t really a recipe, but I’ll advise you how I proceed. I cut a slice of baguette (between 15 and 25 cm long), I split it in tow lengthwise and spread butter on each. Then garnish with a few thin slices of hard cheese, tomato slices, salami and brie. I decorate with a sprig of thyme.
I bake the bruschettas at 200°C for about 10 minutes on the upper position of the rack. Then I pass to grill function for 1-2 minutes.
We eat the bruschettas immediately with salad and a fresh yogurt drink.
