Cheese lollipops

 Ingredients:

Grated cheese, such as Emmental, Gruyère or Parmesan
Wooden skewers

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line a large baking dish with parchment paper. To ease up your work, you can draw circles of 4-6 cm on it (well spaced), or use a silicone mat for French macaroons.

Put a wooden skewer in the center of each circle. Then, make small piles of grated cheese on each.

Bake for 10-15 minutes until the lollipops melt and turn golden. Cool slightly and remove the paper.

Serve the cheese lollipops stuck in a glass. They are a perfect appetizer for a cocktail with friends.
