Ingredients for 1-2 people:
1-2 handfuls of lettuce, cut into strips
½ can of tuna in oil (fillet or crumbs)
1 handful of croutons (homemade)
1 tomato (or 6-8 cherry tomatoes)
1 hard boiled egg (or 3-5 quail eggs)
3-4 red radishes
Salt, olive oil and lemon juice to taste
Minced fresh dill
Rinse and cut the salad into strips. Transfer into a medium bowl or large plate. Sprinkle over the sliced radishes. If you prefer a pre-seasoned salad, this is the time to do so.
Cut the tomato into pieces and the boiled egg in 4 or 6 half-moons (if you have cherry tomatoes and quail eggs, just halve them). Sprinkle them on the salad and add the the tuna flakes.
Finish the nicoise salad by adding a handful of croutons and a sprinkling of fresh dill.
