Hazelnut cookies
Ingredients:
200 g flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
80 g hazelnut powder
100 g butter
150 g sugar
½ teaspoon of cinnamon
1 egg
Raw hazelnuts to decorate
Preparation:
Whisk in a bowl the soft butter, sugar, hazelnut powder and cinnamon. Then, dip in the egg. When the mixture absorbs it, gradually incorporate the flour and baking powder. Make a fairly soft dough.
Shape small balls with the size of a walnut and align them in a large cooking tray, covered with parchment paper. Push a whole hazelnut in the middle of each cookie.
Bake the hazelnut cookies in a preheated oven at 200°C until golden brown. Cool completely before serving. Preserve in a cookie jar.
