Cherry tomatoes in scented olive oil
Ingredients:
12 cherry tomatoes (or more)
125 g of cheese spread
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 tablespoon dried herbs (thyme, parsley, celery, sage, oregano)
½ teaspoon of garlic powder
2 sprigs of parsley
200 ml olive oil
2 bay leaves
1 sprig rosemary
2-3 sprigs of thyme
1 tablespoon dried onion
4-5 multicolor peppercorns
1 dried red pepper (mild or hot)
2-3 dried tomatoes
1 clove of garlic
Preparation:
Combine all the ingredients from the second group in a jar or bottle with a wide neck. Pour in the olive oil and seal. Leave to rest for at least 30 minutes so that the flavors could infuse. Keep the left-over of the scented oil (after flavoring the salad) in a dark, dry and not too warm corner.
Rinse and cut a hat off the cherry tomatoes. Dig the inside with a teaspoon. Stir the sour cream and cheese together, adding the dried herbs and garlic powder. Stuff the tomatoes with this mixture and arrange them on a salad plate. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Garnish with a pinch of spices and sprinkle with 3-4 tablespoons of scented oil.
