Mini tarts with pear and walnuts
Ingredients for about 14 cups:
1 package of pastry (pure butter) or half dose of homemade (recipe)
1 pear
1 handful of walnuts
50 g feta cheese
1 egg
Black pepper
Preparation:
Roll out the pastry on the work surface, keeping its baking paper underneath. Using a cookie cutter, cut circles in the dough and line mini tart moulds with them. It is not necessary to smooth the pastry to the sides of the moulds. The tarts will be more charming if wavy.
Cut the pear into small cubes, break the walnuts into chunks (do not crush). Beat the egg and cheese in a bowl, season with pepper.
Dip 1 or 2 dices of pear and some walnut pieces in each tart case. Then, fill it up almost to the edge with the cheese mixture.
Cook the appetizers in the oven at 180°C until golden brown, which takes about 20-25 minutes. Serve hot or warm. By cons, once refrigerated, reheat in the oven for a while so that they get their freshness back.
