Green smoothie with sorrel
Ingredients for 2 people:
1 sour apple
½ avocado
Juice of ½ lemon
5-6 sprigs of parsley
5-6 sprigs of dill
10 sprigs of sorrel
2 tablespoons seedlings (alpha and turnips for me)
2 pinches of salt
250 ml of cold water
Preparation:
Dip the greens and fruits in two containers of cold water for 30 minutes. Then rinse. Peel the avocado and apple and place in a blender. Drizzle with the lemon juice.
Remove the stalks from the parsley, dill and sorrel. Add to the blender along with the seedlings. Salt. Pour in the cold water.
Seal the blender and start impulsing the content. Then grind in regular speed for 30 seconds (or several times for 30 seconds) until the mixture becomes homogeneous. If you do not have a blender, grind the ingredients with a hand blender, placing all ingredients in a large bowl.
Pour the green smoothie into 2 glasses and enjoy immediately. It can be refrigerated for up to 8-10 hours.
