Melon and mozzarella salad
Ingredients for 1 serving:
2 handfuls of young salad leaves
1 slice of melon (orange-fleshed, aromatic and sweet)
½ ball mozzarella
30 g prosciutto or ham, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon honey
Rinse and dry the salad leaves, place on a plate. Dice the melon and avocado, cut the mozzarella into slices or small decorative shapes like a flower, leaf, butterfly. Dip all ingredients on the salad leaves.
Cut the ham into strips 1 to 2 cm, then roll them to form small bundles. Place on the salad as well.
Emulsify the olive oil, soy sauce and honey in a bowl, diluting with a little water. Season the melon salad with this vinaigrette. Sprinkle with chopped dill and serve immediately.
