Walnut candies
According to my grandmother’s recipe

Ingredients:

80 g butter
½ cup icing sugar
30 g of crushed walnuts
1 fresh egg
20 ml of cognac
1 dose of vanilla
180 g chocolate cookies

Preparation:

In a deep bowl, cream the butter and icing sugar. Whisk in the egg until the mixture absorbs it. Then add the cognac, vanilla, walnuts and finely ground cookies.

Stir and make a thick paste. If it is too dry, moisten with a little milk or thicken with a few more cookies, if it seems too soft.

Shape into walnut-sized balls and roll them into the crushed walnuts.

Store the walnut candies in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
