Tuna, avocado and walnut salad

Ingredients:

1 cup of fresh salad
½ can of tuna in olive oil
1 dozen Greek olives  (or other small black olive)
40 g walnuts
½ ripe avocado

20 basil leaves
3 sprigs fresh dill
3 sprigs parsley
½ cup olive oil
½ avocado
1 handful of walnuts
Juice of ½ lemon
½ teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons Parmesan

Preparation:

In a bowl, cut the salad into strips of medium size. Spread over cubes of avocado, tuna flakes, olives and chopped walnuts.

Whisk in the bowl of a blender the ingredients of the second group until you get a smooth sauce.

Serve the green salad immediately, drizzled with salad dressing.
