150 ml of milk cream
350 g of natural yoghurt (more than 3% fat)
30 g chopped dark chocolate
4-5 drops natural vanilla extract
1 tablespoon rum (or 4-5 drops of rum flavoring)
2-3 tablespoons sugar
Sliced almonds for decoration
Whisk the milk cream (very cold) to a thick cream with an electric mixer. Stir in sugar and flavorings working with the mixer for a further 2 minutes.
Then mix in gently the yogurt with a spoon. Then, add the dark chocolate chips.
Spoon the stracciatella yogurt into small dessert cups and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Serve with a sprinkle of sliced almonds (dry roasted) and more chocolate chips.
