Rye bread sticks
Ingredients:
2 cups of rye flour
1 cup of yogurt
½ cup of water
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon of salt
3 tablespoons of olive oil
Preparation:
Sift the rye flour into a bowl and mix with the salt. Put the baking soda in the yogurt and stir. When it begins to foam and rise, pour into the bowl. Also add the water and olive oil and mix everything well.
You should get a soft, sticky dough, like the one for a cake. Fill a star piping bag with dough and shape long sticks, directly on a sheet of baking paper.
Bake the rye sticks in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
