1 slice of sweet melon
10 cm cucumber, young
10-15 grapes, seedless variety
Goat camambert cheese (mini version, if possible)
1 handful of walnuts
1 tablespoon fresh dill
Light olive oil
Wash, peel and cut the melon, avocado and cucumber into cubes of equal size. Mix in a salad dish. Sprinkle the grapes and chopped walnuts over.
Cut the cheese into slices and arrange on the salad. Then, season with olive oil and dill. Serve immediately as a prelude to a light dinner.
