1 fresh ginger root
250 g honey
Finely grate the ginger and mix with honey. Stir well until smooth.
Transfer the honey ginger in a jar and seal tightly. Serve at breakfast with bread and butter or just swallow one or two teaspoons per day. Can also be used in cakes and bread or salad sauces.
Honey ginger is recommended during weakness or illness periods (such as colds and flu) for its anty-oxidants and anti-bacterial powers.
