Fish fillet with crispy crust
Ingredients:
Fish fillet such as cod, mackerel, trout, other (150 g per serving)
Almond powder*
Dried parsley, garlic, thyme and dill
Grated parmesan
Salt and black pepper
Olive oil
* It takes about 2 heaped tablespoons of dry mixture per serving
Preparation:
Wash and chop the fish fillet into uniform slices. Coat well with salt, pepper and olive oil.
In a bowl, mix all the dried spices, ground almonds and Parmesan. Wrap each piece of fish fillet in the “breadcrumbs”, coating well all sides. Then, place the fillets in a baking dish, covered with parchment paper.
Put the dish in a preheated oven at 220°C and bake the fish about 10-15 minutes.
Serve immediately, accompanied by favorite vegetables.
