Dark chocolate truffles
Ingredients:
200 g dark chocolate
150 ml of milk cream
Vanilla
To garnish:
Cocoa powder
Coarsely chopped walnuts
Shredded coconut
Almonds or other nuts
Grated chocolate (black, white)
Caramelized and chopped nuts
Preparation:
Finely chop the dark chocolate and place in a bowl. Bring the cream to a boil and flavor with the vanilla. Pour it over the chocolate and whisk for 2-3 minutes with an electric mixer or until you get a creamy smooth chocolate. Then place for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Meanwhile, prepare bowls with chips of favorite fillings – cocoa powder, coconut, chopped nuts and grated chocolate. Remove the bowl from the fridge. Normally, the mixture should be thick enough to be worked with.
Using two spoons shape small walnut-sized balls. Then, dip them in one of the mixtures. Roll until well covered. Being less sticky, it is quite easy to give them a more finished ball-like form.
Place the chocolate truffles in corrugated paper cups and serve with a cup of coffee or hot tea. Store in the fridge the rest of the time.
