Cheese and herb spread
Ingredients:
100 g cream cheese, natural
100 g sour cream
3 sprigs fresh thyme
2 sprigs fresh oregano
3 sprigs fresh dill
4 sprigs of fresh parsley
1 teaspoon mustard (purple, red wine mustard, in my case)
Salt and pepper
A dab of wasabi paste
1 small clove of garlic
2 chives
Preparation:
In a bowl, combine cheese, cream, mustard and wasabi. Stir well with a fork until smooth.
Wash and finely chop the fresh herbs, press the garlic. Add to the cheese mixture. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix again.
Refrigerate the cheese and herb spread for a while. Serve as an appetizer with fresh and crusty bread.
