Barbecue salmon steak
Ingredients for 2 servings:
2 salmon steaks
2-3 tablespoons olive oil or sunflower oil
Dried dill
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lemon
Preparation:
Rinse the fish under running cold water. Place in a dish large and deep enough to have them in 1 layer. Season with dill, salt and pepper. Drizzle with oil and lemon juice. Leave to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Heat the grill (or a heavy-based grill pan) and place the chops on. From time to time, brush with the marinade.
Cook the salmon steaks about 5-8 minutes on each side. Serve immediately with a favorite sauce or fresh lemon juice.
