Zucchini and goat cheese square snacks
1 package of filo pastry
1 small courgette
100 g goat cheese, Camembert type
Butter and oil
Dried chives and garlic powder
Rince the courgette and cut into thin slices (3 mm). Lightly oil them and grill on a nonstick frying pan. Season with salt and pepper and place the ready ones in a covered dish to let infuse.
Cut each sheet of filo pastry into strips of about 15 to 20 cm. Coat with butter or oil and fold several times until it makes a square. Butter before each new bend. Arrange the square snacks on a baking sheet. Top each with a slice of goat cheese and halved courgette slices. Sprinkle with chives, thyme and garlic powder.
Cook the square snacks at 180°C until golden brown. Serve as apetizers. If left some snacks for the next day, heat them in the oven to restore their crispness.
