Yogurt with maple syrup and caramelized walnuts
Ingredients for 2 people:
300-400 g plain goat yogurt (or sheep, buffalo)
3-4 tablespoons of maple syrup
1 handful of shelled walnuts
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 dice butter
Briefly roast the walnuts on a non-stick frying pan over medium heat (without greasing). As soon as they turn slightly gold, sprinkle with sugar. Toss well to distribute the sugar evently. When the latter melts and heads to caramelizing, add the butter. Mix well with a wooden spatula. Then spread the nuts on a sheet of baking paper. Leave at room temperature to cool.
Divide the yogurt into two cups. Bathe thoroughly with maple syrup and sprinkle with caramelized walnuts. Serve immediately.
