Ingredients for 2 people:
300-400 g plain goat yogurt (or sheep, buffalo)
3-4 tablespoons of maple syrup
1 handful of shelled walnuts
1 tablespoon brown sugar

When the latter melts and heads to caramelizing, add the butter. Mix well with a wooden spatula. Then spread the nuts on a sheet of baking paper. Leave at room temperature to cool.
