Yellow plum and nectarine milkshake
20-25 yellow plums
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon orange blossom water
3 cinnamon biscuits
400 ml of milk
120 ml of milk cream
Wash and pit fruits. Put them in a blender. Add sugar, orange blossom water and both dairy products. Blend using the pulse button first. Then, blend it on first speed for a few seconds.
Add the crushed cookies. Blend again until smooth. Add a few ice cubes if the fruits were not chilled. Adjust the thickness of the milkshake to taste. Some additional cookies or milk may guide the thickness in either direction.
Serve the milkshake chilled in a wine or cocktail glass and garnish with a mint leaf.
