Ingredients for 1 bottle of 750 ml:
3-4 lemons, chilled
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 cinnamon stick
A few leaves of fresh mint
1 lime for decoration
Squeeze the lemon juice and pour it into the bottle. Be careful not to let slip the seeds inside. Sweeten the juice to taste. Gently mix the contents of the bottle.
Slowly pour in the sparkling water (chilled). Dip a few slices of lime cut into half-moons in the lemonade and flavor with a few mint leaves. Refrigerate until serving time, but do not wait more than 30 minutes.
Serve the homemade lemonade ice cold, bathed in ice.
