Grape pudding
Ingredients:
200 ml of milk cream
200 ml milk
3 egg yolks
30 g of tapioca pearls
1 vanilla pod
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon agave syrup
White seedless grapes
Preparation:
Mix both dairy products and tapioca in a saucepan. Bring to the boil and simmer about 15-20 minutes, until the tapioca is cooked. Cool, stirring occasionally.
Then, stir in the egg yolks, sugar and maple syrup. Flavor with vanilla. Divide the new mixture into small ceramic bowls. Place on each a few grains of washed grapes (without drowning them in the cream).
Bake the grape pudding at 170°C until golden brown (about 40 minutes). Serve cooled.
