Crispy baked salmon
Ingredients:
2 salmon fillets
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
2 pinches of garlic powder
Grated cheese
1 carrot, grated
3 tablespoons Parmesan
2 tablespoons finely chopped hazelnuts
½ teaspoon turmeric
1 pinch of cumin
1 teaspoon of shallots
1 teaspoon dried parsley
Preparation:
Rinse the salmon fillets in cold water and dry. Rub with salt, pepper, garlic powder and olive oil. Place them in an overproof plate, covered with baking paper.
Line each fillet with a thick layer of Emmental. In a bowl, mix the carrots, parmesan, hazelnuts and all the spices listed above. Stir well. Spread the stuffing over the fillets.
Bake the crispy salmon in the oven heated to 200°C for 20 minutes. Serve after 10 minutes of rest out of the oven, accompanied by a green salad.
