1 slice of pork fillet of ham, about 1 kg
2-3 tablespoons of colombo spice mix¨
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
1 kg of potatoes
Preparation:
Cut the pork fillet into portions. Place them in a baking dish and rub well with olive oil, salt, pepper and colombo. Marinate 2-3 hours in the refrigerator.
Light the barbecue. When well heated, cook the potatoes first. To do this, wrap each tightly in aluminum foil. Close the barbecue and let the potatoes cook for about 20 minutes. When the potatoes are ready, transfer them into a bowl. Then, put the pork fillets on the grill. Close it again. Cook for about 7 minutes per side.
Serve the barbecue pork fillets immediately with a couple of potatoes, halved and topped with a dice of butter melting gently on them.
