Green salad with strawberries and mozzarella
Ingredients for 1 serving:
1 handful of salad leaves, curly or other
8-10 juicy and sweet strawberries
8-10 raw hazelnuts
6-8 mini mozzarella balls
3 tablespoons yogurt
1 teaspoon of honey
2 tablespoons of hazelnut oil (or other)
Preparation:
Soak the strawberries and salad leaves in cold water for 20 minutes (to better neutralize the treatment products before and after harvest), then rinse. Roast dry the hazelnuts in a saucepan or in the microwave (at 800 W for 3 minutes with an interruption every 40 seconds to stir, the time being counted for 100 g of hazelnuts). Let cool and peel.
Emulsify the yogurt with the oil and honey. If necessary, dilute with a little cold water to make a sauce.
Make a nest of green salad leaves on each plate. Arrange strawberries, hazelnuts and mini mozzarella balls on top.
Serve the strawberry and mozzarella salad immediately, the sauce separately.
