Summer fruit and cheese salad
Ingredients for 2 servings:
2 slices of melon
1 handful of cherries
1 handful of blueberries or blackcurrants
1 handful of currants or raspberries
80-100 g of various ripe cheeses of your choice
Wash the fruits thoroughly. Peel and deseed the melon. Cut the nectarines, apricots and cherries in two, remove the pits.
Cut the fruits into pieces of your choice. Mix in a deep bowl. Sprinkle with sticks of various cheeses. We even season with with oil, vinegar or lemon juice and scatter over some nuts and dried berries.
Serve the salad immediately, accompanied by a glass of sparkling wine, with a touch of sweetness.
