Smoked salmon and blue cheese salad
Ingredients for 2 people:
1 handful of Mash
1 handful of cherry tomatoes
50 g smoked salmon
50 g blue cheese
½ avocado
1 handful of nuts
For the sauce:
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
½ avocado
2 pinches of garlic powder
1-2 tablespoons of lemon juice
Dill or parsley
1 teaspoon red wine mustard (or normal, but fine)
Salt
Preparation:
Rinse the salad, drain and place in a bowl. Prepare the sauce by putting the half avocado, peeled and chopped, in the bowl of a blender. Add remaining ingredients and mix together until smooth. Pour sauce into a sauceboat.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Arrange on the salad. Follow with cubes of blue cheese and avocado. Cut the salmon fillet into strips and wrap them like snails. Put them on the salad too. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
Serve the smoked salmon and blue cheese salad immediately, with the sauce.
